Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on large-scale hyperscale data center projects in Houston. You will analyze drawings and specifications to build detailed budgets and proposals, ensuring alignment with scope and client standards.

• Deep expertise in structured cabling and low-voltage fiber systems.
• Experience estimating for hyperscale data center projects.
• Experience leading pricing strategy and bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for large-scale data center projects.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing and quotes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Project Management teams.
• Track scope changes and change orders through the bid process.
