Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost, time, and labor analysis for complex projects in Florida. You will develop conceptual estimates, perform detailed take-offs, and coordinate with Project Managers and vendors to ensure accurate scope coverage.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems, proficiency with estimating software and Excel, plus excellent written and spoken English. Florida driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with estimating experience required.
• A valid Florida Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce conceptual estimates with limited information.
• Track bid status to acquire bid results.
• Consult with other departments to discuss/formulate estimates.
• Review estimates done by other estimators.
