Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience performing primary responsibilities in heavy civil estimation.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and estimating software.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment plants and process piping.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimates and proposals including cost analysis and trade takeoffs.
• Oversee all capital bids before submission.
• Delegate new customer opportunities within the estimating team.
• Evaluate subcontract cost estimates and proposals and assemble final owner estimate.
• Drive National Opportunities Reporting and cost data analyses across projects.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and maintain master subcontractor/vendor lists.
• Compare and analyze competitive bids and ensure high quality estimates.
• Maintain company quality standards in a high-volume bid environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and strategic bidding insights.
