Job summary

Keeley Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr Estimator for our Heavy Civil Group to lead estimates for water and wastewater projects in a high-volume bid environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 5–7 years of estimating experience, with strong cost analysis and proficiency in estimating software.

You will coordinate trade takeoffs, review subcontractor bids, and maintain relationships with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 5–7 years estimating experience.
• Experience with heavy civil projects, especially water/wastewater treatment plants and process piping.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimates and proposals, including cost analysis and trade takeoffs.
• Oversee all capital bids and coordinate subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate new opportunities within estimating team and maintain vendor lists.
