Job summary

Big-D Signature is seeking a dynamic Senior Estimator for our Lindon, UT office. The role requires leading bid efforts, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering accurate takeoffs and estimates using Timberline and Bidday.

Strong customer service,团队work, and market knowledge are essential. The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering and 5+ years of estimating experience, with preferred field exposure in Utah’s subcontractor network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Construction field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the subcontractor network in the Utah market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines work scope and selects subcontractors with Sr. Estimator.
• Develops relationships with subcontractors and manages decisions accordingly.
• Proficient in quantity takeoffs.
• Proficient in organizing and assembling estimates in Timberline.
• Hard bid project leadership and organization in Bidday.
