• 3–5 years of experience estimating commercial or residential construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Timberline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines work scope, solicits and selects subcontractors.
• Proficient in quantity takeoffs and organizing estimates.
• Experience in hard bidding projects and organizing scopes of work.
• Proficient in conceptual estimating through the CM process with architects and engineers.
