Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience estimating construction projects.
• Experience with drywall, framing, acoustics and interior finishes.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings for PCI scopes.
• Strong customer relationships and communication skills.
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimates.
• Maintain vendor pricing for materials and equipment.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing when needed.
• Contribute to bid reviews with supervisors and project teams.
• Support customer alignment and contract administration.
• Hand off secured projects to Operations and manage change orders.
