A global leader in industrial installation services, is looking to appoint a hands-on Estimator to lead large machinery installation projects across the US. This is a key hire with significant career growth potential as they aim to scale U.S. operations to $100M+ in revenue.

Must have skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of rigging, millwrighting, and machinery installation
• Field or project management background with proven self-perform estimating capability
• Ability to estimate labor, equipment, and man-hours for process equipment installs
• Familiarity with mechanical and piping installations (electrical a plus)
• Estimating experience with both self-perform and subcontracted scopes
• Strong communication and bid preparation skills
• Comfortable interfacing with global project teams

Key responsibilities:

• Lead estimation for complex industrial machinery installs — rigging, alignment, electrical, mechanical
• Manage and mentor a small team of estimators, reviewing scopes, pricing, and schedules
• Align proposals with RFQs to ensure competitive submissions
• Collaborate with the sales and BD team to bring bids to market
• Work closely with U.S. and international leadership to drive consistency across global bids
• Support the development of US estimating pipeline
• Be part of a globally recognized brand with a growing U.S. footprint
• Opportunity to grow into Head of Estimating as the business scales
