What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in estimating, project management, or contract administration
- Valid vehicle operator's license for performing primary job functions
- Knowledge of construction processes and estimating methods
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction for higher education or municipal projects
- Experience presenting technical content to a variety of audiences
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 software programs
- Relevant certifications such as AACE International Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) equivalent
- Creative and innovative problem solver with a collaborative team approach
