Job summary

P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for large electrical industrial projects. You will review blueprints, evaluate labor, material, equipment, and subcontract costs, and develop competitive bids to win work.

You will lead the estimating team, mentor staff, collaborate with project teams, clients, and engineers, and ensure profitability and risk management through rigorous cost analysis and execution planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience estimating electrical industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience with cost estimation software and construction methods.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review estimated labor, material, and subcontract pricing.
• Develop and present competitive bids and execution plans.
• Lead and mentor estimating team members.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Prepare detailed financial estimates and manage cost control.
