Job Responsibilities

• Must have 7+ years of experience
• Experience with large-scale heavy electrical projects
• Manage department functions including budgets, staffing, work assignments, and evaluations
• Review proposal specs, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope and estimate contents
• Review final estimate packages for accuracy and margins
• Supervise and drive departmental work
• Mentor and train personnel and project staff
• Interface with contractors, architects, engineers, and officials
• Update skills with software tools and technology
• Make site visits as needed
