Job summary

Tasman Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for earthwork, civil construction, environmental remediation, and site development projects. You will analyze drawings, specs, reports, and labor/material needs to produce accurate, competitive proposals, while coordinating with operations, vendors, and clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating earthwork, civil construction, environmental remediation, site development, or related tasks.
• Experience using PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and proposal development for complex projects.
• Review plans, specs, bid documents, geotechnical/environmental reports, and contract requirements.
• Develop bid assumptions, risk/contingencies, and pricing methodologies.
• Coordinate with operations, project management, vendors, and clients.
