Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 5+ years estimating in construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a track record of favorable terms.
• Experience with design-build projects and cost input for proposals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other costs.
• Track bid results and maintain records to support future estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with scope and specs.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effective execution.
• Develop written proposals with cost breakdowns and timelines.
• Update knowledge via continuing education and professional involvement.
