Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of estimating experience, including competitive bid and negotiated work.
• BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture, or relevant discipline preferred.
• Proficient in estimating methods and quantity take-off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for proposed construction projects.
• Develop bid lists and invite subcontractors and suppliers to submit bids.
• Attend design meetings with owner and architect to understand scope.
