Job summary

LeoForce in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Estimator to drive successful hard bid bids for commercial construction projects. This permanent, full-time role will prepare detailed cost estimates, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of estimating experience, a degree in construction management or engineering, and strong analytical skills.

Job Details

We are in need of a Senior Estimator to join our construction team based in Charlotte. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping to win commercial construction projects, providing accurate and competitive hard bid estimates that drive our success.
