Qualifications

• At least 2 years of estimating construction projects.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI's scopes of work.
• Strong record of maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and cost analysis.
• Ability to read schedules for sequencing and durations.

Responsibilities

• Performing quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimate.
• Maintain positive relationships with area vendors for competitive pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for work outside of our self-perform group.
• Understand market conditions including competitive approach and margins.
• Be involved in internal bid reviews with supervisors and project team.
• Hand-off of secured projects to the Operations Team.
• Assist in other duties such as change order management or billings.
