Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience estimating construction projects.
• 10+ years total experience in construction industry.
• Experience estimating or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs for applicable scopes of work.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes for alignment with bid documents.
• Develop relationships with local customers to support PCI’s objectives.
• Collaborate with owners, PMs, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Attend pre-bid site walk-throughs.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and estimates.
• Write detailed proposals and perform bid reviews.
• Provide training and leadership to Estimating team.
