Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related estimating experience.
• Experience using Bluebeam, Project, and Fastpipes required.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete estimates for large, complex jobs.
• Review owner plans and specifications to understand project scope and shape the estimate.
• Review bid documents and consult with home office legal opinions.
• Conduct site investigations prior to planning operations.
