Qualifications

• Significant experience estimating commercial, industrial, government, or health care construction projects.
• Background with a construction management, design-build, or general contracting firm.
• Strong command of estimating software and takeoff tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full estimating efforts on complex, large-scale projects from conceptual budgeting through final bid.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages.
• Collaborate closely with preconstruction, project management, and self-perform teams.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Participate in owner and design team meetings during preconstruction.
• Track market pricing trends and maintain historical cost data.
• Mentor junior estimators and support their development.
