Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial waterproofing, masonry, or building envelope services.
• Hands‑on knowledge of repair techniques including grout and sealant injections.
• Strong understanding of building façade systems and how to scope effective repairs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate estimates for commercial masonry and waterproofing service work.
• Conduct field visits to assess existing conditions.
• Develop proposals and quotes that clearly outline scope, pricing, and recommended solutions.
