Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating for commercial landscaping/construction.
• Experience preparing bid proposals and reviewing bid documents.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift or equivalent estimation software.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to read complex plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous estimates.
• Preferred degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
