Jobot is seeking a Lead Estimator for our Malvern, PA area projects. The role focuses on ground-up commercial construction, with no travel and a strong benefits package. You will leverage 5+ years of estimating experience on $20M+ projects to drive accurate bids and win work.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 per year, plus bonus and truck allowance. This is a local, on-site role with a leading contractor known for people-first values and solid project portfolio.

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Estimating.
• Experience w/ ground up commercial construction projects required.
• Experience estimating projects valued $20M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimator responsibilities on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ensure accurate bids and cost plans for multi-million dollar projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to support winning bids.
