Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator for high-profile commercial projects in the DC area. You will prepare bids, quantities, and cost analyses to support project winning strategies and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction estimating, with experience in commercial construction, multi-family, healthcare, or light industrial sectors. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Construction or similar experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Experience with Commercial Construction required.
• Multi-family, healthcare or light industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids, cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, competitive proposals.
• Support project delivery with accurate cost forecasting and risk assessment.

Job Details
