Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates including quantity take-offs and studies for assigned scope.
• Assemble bids and proposals for Lump Sum, GMP, or Cost Plus contracts.
• Lead document management and distribute information to stakeholders.
