CyberCoders in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead detailed cost estimates for civil, marine, industrial and infrastructure projects, from conceptual budgets through bid submissions.

The role requires 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil, with proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob and Excel. You will collaborate with project teams to quantify risks and support preconstruction and bid strategies to win work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive estimating experience in civil/marine/infra projects.
• Experience with federal contracting is strongly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cost narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed cost estimates for civil, marine, industrial, pipeline and highway projects.
• Perform takeoffs, pricing, and unit rate development.
• Build and maintain estimate models and databases; update cost lines.
