Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 8 years of estimating experience in marine construction or 12 years combined field and project estimating experience in marine construction.
• Proficiency with Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Manager of Estimating and collaborates with senior leaders to support bid estimation.
• Develops comprehensive plan and timetable to complete project estimates.
• Solicits quotations from vendors and subcontractors for bid items.
• Analyzes plans to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Coordinates bid closeout and final proposal preparations.
• Travels as required for meetings and site visits.
