Job summary

HEI Civil in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating team for civil and heavy highway projects across the Carolinas. You will review project documents, develop budgets, and determine scope in collaboration with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Civil and/or Heavy Highway Construction.
• Experience with underground utilities, Earthwork and Roadway preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating team and manage bid processes.
• Review project documents, assemble estimates, and determine scope.
• Schedule bid reviews and conduct site visits with estimators.
• Develop project strategy, schedule, and cost controls.
• Coordinate updates to VP of Estimating and Project Management.
• Build client relationships and pursue new bid opportunities.
