The candidate will leverage established ties across Austin and San Antonio to win opportunities, develop budgets, and ensure project success through close collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction and/or estimating.
• Established relationships with homebuilders, developers, and purchasing teams.
• Strong pricing, budgeting, and preconstruction/estimating abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with homebuilders in Austin and San Antonio to generate new opportunities.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and purchasing teams.
• Prepare conceptual budgets, bids, and estimates for residential concrete foundations.
• Work with operations to ensure pricing accuracy and smooth project handoffs.
• Represent the company at builder meetings, industry events, and jobsite visits.
