Qualifications

• Must be a quick learner and capable of teaching others.
• Strong experience in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and exterior cladding.
• Knowledge of construction contract documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and performance of the estimating department.
• Ensure accurate and complete estimates prior to submission.
• Build relationships with customers and clients.
• Train and mentor Estimators.
