Job summary

Bell & Associates is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team in the Greater St. Louis area. This on-site role with hybrid flexibility focuses on preparing accurate bids for civil construction projects from concept through submission.

You will review plans, analyze bid documents, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project leaders to shape bid strategy and value. Strong estimating tools and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of civil construction estimating experience required.
• Sports construction experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Trimble or Bluebeam a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
