Job summary

RimePro Inc. in Southern California is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on ground-up commercial and industrial projects in the Orange County market.

You will own the estimating process from concept through GMP, pricing strategy, and coordination with operations and leadership on complex builds. The role requires at least 5 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC, a strong grasp of means and methods, and established subcontractor relationships in Southern

Qualifications

• 5 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up construction background; large-scale or structural concrete projects a plus.
• Proven ability to run estimates independently start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, structural systems, and site work.
• Established subcontractor relationships in the Southern California market a plus.

Summary

A commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on ground up projects in the Orange County market. This role plays a key part in pricing strategy and works closely with operations and leadership on complex commercial and industrial builds.

This is a good fit for someone who has led estimates independently from concept through final pricing and is comfortable owning the numbers on large scale ground up work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing models from conceptual through GMP
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and bid analysis

Requirements
