The ideal candidate will come from a commercial electrical contractor, industrial electrical contractor, or similar construction environment and will be comfortable estimating tenant improvement, office, warehouse, industrial, retail, education, medical/clinic, ground-up, or mixed-use electrical projects.

Why you will want this role. Here is the “what’s in it for you”:
  • Senior impact: Step into a visible estimating role with direct influence on bid strategy, project wins, and company growth.
  • Active bid flow: Join a company with steady incoming opportunities and a strong need for another senior estimator who can help manage volume.
  • Growth opportunity: Help support a contractor that is actively rebuilding momentum and targeting meaningful growth over the next several years.
  • Relationship-driven culture: This is not a sit-behind-the-desk estimating role. The company values trust, communication, customer relationships, and long-term GC partnerships.
  • Project variety: Work on commercial and industrial electrical projects across TI, warehouse, office, retail, education, medical/clinic, ground-up, and mixed-use work.
  • Leadership visibility: Partner closely with estimating leadership, ownership, project managers, vendors, field teams, customers, and general contractors.
  • Strong package: Competitive base compensation, potential vehicle or stipend structure, benefits, and upside for a proven producer.
