Our client is a reputable General Contractor and seeks a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company specializes in ground‑up commercial construction.

Base Pay Range

$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
• Contribute to value engineering studies
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers

Qualifications

• You have 7+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with estimating software, take‑off software (On‑Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
• Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team based environment
