Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks a full-time Project Estimator with 5 years of commercial construction experience. You will analyze drawings and specs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates, and work with Owner, Design Team, and PM.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, procurement strategies, subcontracts, and soliciting trade partner proposals. Proficiency in Destiny Estimating and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator preferred.
• Experience with Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

Seeking a full-time Project Estimator with 5 years of commercial construction experience. Project Estimators work directly with the Owner, Design Team, and Project Management.
