Qualifications

• HVAC, construction or parts industry experience preferred.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills in Windows 7 Pro and Outlook.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Outside Salesman for Parts Department to support product lines.
• Demonstrate mechanical comprehension of HVAC systems to determine replacement parts solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and meet their expectations.
• Assist customers with identifying parts, providing quotes and processing orders.
• Fulfill sales orders, place orders with manufacturers, track shipping and invoice.
• Maintain warehouse and showroom inventory accuracy.
• Stock warehouse and showroom with parts and supplies.
• Inform customers of manufacturer updates and bulletins.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for department supplies.
• Handle warranty administration on parts for all manufacturers.
• Process freight claims for damaged goods.
