Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC-related projects from initiation to completion. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met across multiple sites.

Strong communication with teams and stakeholders is essential to drive project success. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED plus at least 4 years in project management and 4+ years in the HVAC controls industry.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility, and identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.
• Manage aspects of a project i.e., allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team.
• Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones.
