Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project estimation, cost control, and forecasting aligned to market trends.
• Strong business and analytical skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience working with Word; comfortable documenting requirements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimators to map processes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
• Design, test, and roll out digital solutions to improve estimating workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify processes and centralize data.
• Develop and validate capital cost models and benchmarks.
• Lead market pricing and cost forecasting initiatives.
• Provide oversight of design reviews for cost effectiveness.
• Mentor on estimating tools and cost forecasting best practices.
