Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Senior Supervisor for COPCE to lead a production and continuous improvement team. You will drive cost estimation, pricing accuracy, and timely SAP order processing while coordinating with accounts receivable and ensuring proper documentation for new orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing management or production with continuous improvement focus.
• StrongLeadership and team-development abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a COPCE team to meet production and continuous improvement goals.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for silo vessels and service projects.
• Maintain and update material pricing for accurate costing and profitability.
• Enter and process new customer orders in SAP with accuracy.
• Create and organize work order folders and documentation for new orders.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to provide invoice lists for timely billing.
• Support change management to implement COPCE changes smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
