Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management or Engineering.
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and SAP.
• Knowledge of quality, logistics systems and inventory management.
• Ability to lead through change and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities within the assigned area or facilities.
• Plan and develop systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; participate in hiring and orientation.
• Establish internal goals and metrics; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with all areas and the customer base.
• Conduct department meetings and provide timely business reporting.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and cost optimization.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork.
