Job summary

Tarlton Corp, a St. Louis-based contractor and PM, is expanding its estimating leadership for water, wastewater, and civil projects across the Midwest. You will guide pursuits, lead pricing strategies, and manage a team of estimators and preconstruction professionals to deliver competitive bids and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

8+ years estimating experience with at least 2 years leading pursuit teams.
4+ years managing or estimating Water/Wastewater projects.
Track record owning bids on large or complex projects.
Experience leading estimators.
Bachelor's degree preferred; related field; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Review bid documents and clarify major pursuits.
Coordinate site visits and review conditions, surveys.
Perform takeoffs and validate quantities and pricing.
Develop conceptual budgets from minimal information.
Lead bid day activities and final pricing with leadership.
Oversee risk reviews and contingency planning.
