Qualifications

• 5–8 years of estimating and/or project management experience.
• At least four years of concrete estimating experience.
• Proven ability to produce complete estimates independently.
• Self-perform pricing experience.
• Hard bid and conceptual estimating experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard bid and negotiated pursuits across multiple delivery methods.
• Develop turnkey concrete estimates from takeoff to pricing.
• Prepare budgets and preliminary schedules with risk in mind.
• Coordinate with operations and field leadership.
• Mentor junior estimators and manage bid day.
• Present estimates to leadership and support go/no-go decisions.
