Qualifications

• 7+ years managing civil, water/wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure projects with full budget/schedule responsibility.
• Experience with subcontract buyout, change management, and stakeholder coordination (owners/municipalities/inspectors).

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project controls.
• Administer owner contracts, buyout, procurement, and change management.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field leadership to align plan vs. execution.
• Lead client, consultant, and municipal coordination as needed.
• Monitor risk and drive safe, compliant execution through closeout.
