JE Dunn Construction Company seeks an Estimating Manager 2- Low Voltage in Austin, TX to review and execute bids on complex projects. You will manage all aspects of estimating and bid processes, from plans review to pricing with vendors and subcontractors, aligned with company strategy and standards.

The role requires 5+ years in estimating, strong Excel and estimating software skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years estimating experience required.
• Total 8+ years construction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications.
• Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
• Prepares complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
