Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced Esthetician license in good standing.
• Current Advanced Esthetician Instructor license.
• Teaching or training experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of esthetics principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teaching.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with multimedia teaching resources.
• Commitment to an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Provide theory and practical instruction in skincare, facials, waxing, makeup, and esthetician procedures.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement.
• Model safety practices and esthetics industry standards.
• Supervise students during labs and provide hands-on guidance.
• Assess progress through evaluations, exams, and projects with constructive feedback.
• Address individual learning needs and support students.
• Stay up-to-date with esthetics trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and lab environment.
• Mentor students and contribute to curriculum development.
