Job summary

Milan Institute-Nampa is seeking a skilled Manicure Instructor to deliver high‑quality nail care instruction, design engaging lesson plans, and mentor students pursuing a career in manicuring. You will supervise labs and assess progress while fostering a supportive learning environment.

This role requires an active cosmetology license, an instructor license, teaching experience, and strong communication. Day and evening positions with a partial remote option are available, offering opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying concepts to students.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for educating aspiring manicurists.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage lessons and labs.
• Familiarity with instructional technology and multimedia resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction and supervise hands‑on practice in manicuring.
• Design engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and learning objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to students as they develop manicure skills.
• Assess student progress through evaluations, exams, and projects; provide feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and laboratory environment.
