Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manicurist or cosmetology license in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing manicurist.
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of manicuring principles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for educating.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and multimedia resources.
• Commitment to inclusive learning and diversity.
• Computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Provide theory and practical instruction in nail care, nail art, manicure techniques, and sanitation.

• Create an engaging learning environment and foster student growth.
• Supervise hands-on guidance during practical sessions and labs.
