Job summary

Saft is seeking an ESS Service Engineer to support the O&M of installed ESS projects and ensure a smooth transition to LTSA. You will coordinate with Saft technicians, Service Managers, and Authorized Agents to close out engineering actions and punchlists after project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 8+ years in systems/electrical engineering, with knowledge of power and battery systems, controls, and SCADA interfaces.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Systems/Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of power systems, battery systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supports O&M of installed ESS projects and ensures readiness for LTSA transition.
• Closes out engineering actions and punchlist items after project delivery.
• Provides support to Saft technicians, Service Managers, and Saft Authorized Agents during LTSA and O&M phases.
• Interprets interfaces (BESS, PCS, SCADA, PMS) and reviews diagrams and switching procedures.
• Develops work instructions and coordinates with customers and subcontractors to perform work onsite.
