Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking an experienced ESH leader to implement and oversee safety policies on data center and high-rise projects in New Mexico. The role focuses on building robust safety programs, regulatory compliance, and team coaching.

The candidate should have 7+ years of ESH experience, GSP accreditation, and strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and EPA standards. Spanish communication is a plus for site teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ESH experience required.
• Accreditations in safety fields are preferred: CHST, ASP, CSP, ICRA.
• Spanish language communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion “The Layton Way” by delivering predictable outcomes for teams and partners.
• Manage safety programs on all assigned projects including CCIP and risk management initiatives.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and technical guidance.
