Job summary

Layton Construction Company is seeking an experienced ESH Professional to implement corporate, field, and office safety policies across multiple sites in New Mexico. You will lead CCIP-based risk management initiatives, coordinate audits, and work with government regulators to ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance.

The role requires 7+ years of ESH experience, a Bachelor's in Environmental Safety & Health, and GSP accreditation. Basic Spanish is a plus for site communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety & Health or related field.
• 7+ years of ESH experience required.
• GSP accreditation required.
• CCIP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate, field, and office ESH policies across units and sites.
• Manage safety programs on all assigned projects, including CCIP.
• Provide regulatory guidance and update safety policies as needed.
• Conduct incident reviews and drive preventive actions.
• Oversee audits and ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance.
• Develop and oversee project-specific safety programs.
• Interface with leadership, subcontractors, and government agencies.
