The ideal candidate has a strong analytics background, excels in written communication, and can lead cross-functional projects to improve performance and transparency across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field; five years+ sustainability experience.
• Advanced degree in Sustainability may substitute for experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

• Lead reports for sustainability disclosures and participate in external frameworks.
• Maintain ESG scorecard and monitor rating agency developments.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to advance sustainability outcomes.
• Conduct materiality assessments informing business strategies.
• Develop SOPs for consistent ESG reporting.
• Educate internal teams on Ameren's sustainability strategy and deliver trainings.
